Polyphony

Polyphony, created in my second year at UCA, was conceived as a love letter to my large family of eccentric musicians. 

Every member of the family has vastly different music tastes, resulting in a film that merges numerous visual styles inspired by these genres. With this project, I wanted to push my ability to animate in different art styles, play around with rotoscoping, as well as experiment with more abstract, non-traditional narratives.

The film is entirely 2D animated in Clip Studio Paint.
